They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……
