Immaculate studio rental unit in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY!

Brand new space in the heart of it all at the head of the historic arts district in beautiful Saratoga Springs. Four blocks from Broadway, 20 minute walk to track, 20 minute walk to SPAC. One block from West Side park. 150 feet away from amazing food and pubs (The Local, Craverie, Taverno Novo, West Side Bar & Grill, Dizzy Chicken to name a few). Brand new construction over our garage, everything you need for an amazing get away! Brand new memory foam Nest king sized bed.

Plenty of space for three as long as somebody is willing to sleep on a super cozy couch (not a pullout) or air mattress (we have queen air mattress as well).

Guest parking on one side of our two bay garage with keypad access and remote, keypad access from garage into stairwell that leads to living space; additional door at top of stairs at entry to carriage house that locks from the inside.
