“We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Manor! Excellent host with super hospitality! We had the two bedroom two bathroom house. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our own patio for evening braais. The pool area was also great with beautiful views down the valley.”

“We looooooved our stay at the Southern Belle, Bergsicht Cottage. By far the most private & secluded of all the cottages. We enjoyed the hot tub & the private deck, surrounded by only the sounds of nature. The fairy lights above the pool were very romantic. The cottage had everything we needed to relax & unwind. No TV which was fantastic - you come here to rest & unplug. We'll be back!”

“We stayed in a self catering cottage. The accommodation had everything we needed, lovely bath and fireplace. It is very cold in Tulbagh in mid-winter, but the bed had cosy blankets. This is a working farm, which was fun to explore with my young son. He enjoyed playing with the farm dogs!”

“It is so easy to give this establishment a five-star rating and I probably will not do it justice. Suffice it to say, if you need a breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, you cannot go wrong! It is amazing value and from the warm welcome from the owners, Venishree and Juergen to the beautiful accommodations, plush beddings, thoughtful amenities and superb service, we were so impressed after our initial 6 night stay that we booked another weekend immediately and I cannot wait to go……
