“Convientant and affordable”

“This property is where I always stay when I visit my sister in DeWitt Iowa. Not much around this area (small rural town) and this hotel is the best one. ”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. The lobby and hallways are beautifully decorated and kept clean. Breakfast had many choices of food and all looked inviting. I would definitely stay here any time I was in the area.”

“I had a balcony suite and we had a spider in our room. Quite a large one according to my standards. We called the front desk, and our hotel manager at the time came up loaded with a broom and several kinds of spray. She heroically batted down and disposed of the spider for us. We had a good laugh about it that night, and the next day when we saw her again. I didn't get her name, but she was the nicest gal! Kudos to her for her spidey-senses.”

“It was relaxing, quiet, staff was professional, lots of fast food restaurants within driving distance, and a casino next door if you're into gambling.”

“Location was very convienant for my purpose of visit. Staff was super friendly, room was comfortable & clean. Pet friendly. Very quiet !!! Poor parking access to room, felt unsafe at night. Outside security door wouldnt stay latched, so anyone could get in. Internet was extremely limited. AC couldnt keep entire suite comfortable due to the layout. Breakfast was so so but usual as most hotels. Toilet paper rolls were half full. Neighboring hotel was trash and attracted not the best……
