“Awesome beach house. Just at description says - EXTREMELY convenient access to the beach where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 2 adult children and their families. Loved the main floor common area where we could all watch movies and played games at the large table. Walked to our favorite restaurants and bars on FlagAve and drove the beach in your Jeep! Just a super experience all around! Look to plan more future family vacations here!”

“This property was steps away from the beach and just as described in the listing. The property is well taken care of and clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Check is was extremely easy. There are beach towels and chairs provided, but you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you need more. There are cars parked on the beach and travelling up and down the beach which takes up a good portion of the sandier areas. There are a lot fees that will be imposed if……

“I’ve stayed in this community in the past, but Karen’s place was stellar. Everything was easy, the condo was beautiful, and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously!”

“Overall a great stay, highly recommend! There were a few hiccups (WiFi modem/router wasn’t working and we needed to have a new one mailed to the house; the owner was great about arranging everything for that!), she got back to us very quickly! A few maintenance needs, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Great views from the ocean-facing windows! ”

“The apartment was very close to the sites in New Smyrna Beach. We biked from there to Canal St, beautiful Riverside Dr, and to South Beach. It’s just a couple of miles. The place had everything we needed to cook and relax. Kim even bought us a new charcoal grill so I could grill out. The apartment is cozy. I would recommend it. It’s worth what the owner is charging.”
