“This was perfect for a long wedding weekend and we were able to have our dogs with us. The neighborhood is great for walks and everyone was friendly. The private fenced courtyard area was ideal since we could enjoy the beautiful Florida weather with our dogs. This place was clean and had everything there needed for our stay. Loved the decor as well. Oh and the king bed was super comfortable which is a hit or miss at times. Definitely would stay again.”

“For the price, it is probably the best you are going to get. The parking situation is tight so if you are driving a large vehicle you need to let the owner know prior to arrival. Great communication from the owner.”

“Place was clean and nice. However, the check-in was a terrible experience. The keypad access directions were sent to us via text and through the VRBO app. Both were incorrect and it took 7 unanswered texts, 7 unanswered calls, several messages through the VRBO app and finally a call to VRBO customer service to get the owner to respond. This delay caused us to miss dinner plans with friends and was a terrible end to what had been a great day. Hopefully he will correct the access instructions……

“The apartment is compact with a sitting/ kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom, attached to a main house with its own separate walkway and entrance. It is well decorated and well supplied with a Keurig and supplies as well as tea. The bathroom is also well supplied with liquid soap,shampoo and conditioner. The bed is comfortable and the owner communicated with us via text to make sure all was well. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.”
