“My family and I stayed for 5 days. The home was cozy yet spacious for my family. We enjoyed games of pool, air hockey, and board games. Our 4 babies enjoyed the cozy yard snd hammock. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub because it was too cold but it was tempting. The hosts constantly checked in on us to ensure that we were comfortable and if to inquire if we needed anything. “We checked in for one night before getting on a cruise the next morning. The owners were extremely friendly and once we got there, I had a had a question about using the door lock and received a call back in less than 1 minute of sending email. Also, Im a disabled veteran and had 3 spine fusions. I sent an email before booking asking if we could pay extra to extend our checkout time a few extra hours, since the pain in mornings is so bad. “We had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The check-in process was a breeze. There wasn’t a lengthy list of cleaning expectations at the end. “I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated.……

“OMG, it was just amazing, the place with an Ocean view and only one minute from the Ocean. they have anything you need to if you forget anything and the cart to to haul your beach equipment is a plus. it was very clean and had a great time. ”
