“Overall was a great home, good location. Still near a lot of amenities (15-20 min drive to everything you need- fuel, grocery stores, coffee etc) The layout of the home made entertainment an ease, the guest home was a nice addition especially if you are traveling with multiple people and your have a small family. Pool was clean and a great size. Kitchen was a great size. Though the grill did work, but would not suggest relying on it to be your main cooking method as it is on its last leg ”

“This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here……

“The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place.”

“I have to start by saying the location, the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, and the walking path were all amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Smyrna.The major issue we had was with the cleanliness of the property. The bathroom was pretty dirty with lots of grime, especially around the shower. “The location was perfect. Super clean house - we totally appreciated the little extras. Comfy beds, perfect amount of space for our family. I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions.
