“This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!”

“We were in C-ville for family time and sports camp. We absolutely loved the yellow house for our home base. Such a charming property. Big shared backyard. Super duper comfy beds and pillows. Walkable to the best dining and coffee shops. Close to the stunning Monticello trails. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!”

“This was such a nice place to stay! I haven’t slept so well in a hotel prob ever! Very comfortable and clean. I loathe a barn door on a bathroom but I get the aesthetic they were going for. There were a lot of unhoused people right in front of the building all day and night but they aren’t going to bother anyone. Had a wonderful stay!”

“My partner and I stayed with another couple as we planned to visit a few wineries in the area over the holiday weekend. This property is ideally located close to the downtown area which has a ton of options for dining, but is still also close to the wine region’s best offerings as well. The home is spacious and has nice outdoor areas as well. We enjoyed a meal on the back patio one night by the fire. Thanks for having us!”

“We had a fantastic family gathering in this lovely home. It sleeps up to 10 comfortably, which is hard to find. It is on a quiet road in the country. The kitchen is large, has nice appliances and works well for a large family. The most amazing part of this home is the outdoor space and view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are several outdoor spaces set up to take in the views. We have already booked it for our next visit to Charlottesville. ”

“Property was very clean. Chairs around the pool and firepit need to be replaced. They are broken and in need of repair. Would be nice if we could have used the wave machine in the pool. We did not have access to it. Very convenient to Barracks Road and other spots in Charlottesville. ”

“My girlfriend booked for a quick 4th of July get away.We stopped at some amazing wineries close by. The house was great. Many amenities to offer a relaxing stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is on a low traveled road so it was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the river across the street . The cabin was kept very clean and so were the surrounding areas. Host was so helpful and recommended a fantastic place a few miles away for fireworks. It was a local high school and the show……
