“The property accurately matches the online description. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the location was perfect for getting downtown and around to different wineries. The living room is a bit sparse for comfortable seating and there is no communal TV. This was fine for us though as we didn’t spend much time at the house except to sleep (though some of the guys in our group would’ve appreciated it to catch some of the football games!). We had some initial bumps with the check in process and……

“The grounds and house are wonderful. Wish we had time to fire up the fire-pit for s’mores. The sunroom was a favorite spot for everyone.Because we cooked in every morning and evening, we used the kitchen a lot and found that the kitchen could use a little love:- most of the coffee mugs were chipped at the lips-there were no metal baking pans (such as an 8x8 or 9x9 or 9x12) except one cookie sheet that was so stained and covered in oil - totally gross-no large bowls for a salad or serving……

“This is a sweet place to just chill out and relax. The yard was perfect for my dog. Such a nice cozy little place to get away. The bathroom was well stocked and the owner was so nice. We had an issue getting in thanks to my mom not paying attention lol and the owner was quick to respond and help us out. ”

“We were in town for wedding at the Clifton and chose this cottage as the price was much less than the hotels in Charlotteville. We were pleasantly surprised about how nice is this cottage is; it is well decorated, very clean and has eveything! The host even had K-cups and sweetener for the coffee maker and a basket of snacks. There is a cute outdoor seating area and fire pit too. The cottage is located near Monticello and some of the local wineries. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone……

“Very quite neighborhood, room was comfortable and plenty of space for my wife and me. Walkung distance to boutique restaurant and small stores in the Belmont area of C-Ville. Short distance from I64. In ever in the area, will book at thus location. ”
