“This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……

“We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and as it said on the listing. The host was slow on communicating and giving us our code but thankfully the front desk at the building was able to help us into the room. The location is perfect and close to metro. We would book again ”

“This property is central to some of NYC’s most popular sights. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay, but the communication with the host could have been better. ”

“The only issue was the HVAC was not working at all.Everything else was great. The bed was very comfortable. ”

“Overall our stay was good. The location is central to a lot of prime tourist spots. Apartment was clean and very well decorated. A few recommendations to make the place more user friendly would be to add some coats hooks in main room and hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. we had to hang our towels on bar stools to dry after showering. There was also no blow dryer in apartment but that was listed in description. One last thing was we didn’t get an email with our door code, only the front door……

“Overall, good experience at this property. Super easy to find, 2 blocks from Grand Central and we walked everywhere easily. Easy to get to subways and super safe street. Apt wasn’t super clean, and one bed without sheets. Only one washcloth for 4 people and no hand towels. Did get two extra bath towels but needed some smaller ones. Space was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 preteens. ”

“Nice amount of space, great location. Overall was great. The top floor/loft stairs are very steep and only having 1 key is annoying. Beyond that, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay again”

“This is our 2nd stay at this condo. Love the ease of checking in at Trump Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The service was excellent. This unit is located perfectly at Columbus circle with easy access to the subway and easy to walk to many attractions. We love the proximity to Central Park and the shops at Columbus circle. Unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and stunning views of the park and the city. ”
