“The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. “We picked this location because of its proximity to platekill ski mountain and the fact that we could walk to two restaurants in town and the convenience of a fully stocked grocery store within walking distance. It was a great location and a beautiful apartment we'll definitely stay here again.”

“The studio was very cozy. My bf and I appreciated the games available. Everything was pretty close to get to, which we liked. We didnt expect the hot tub to be overlooking the street which caught us off guard. Unfortunately, we we couldn't do a lot of exploring because it was chilly and rained all weekend. For days like that when we're forced to stay in are better options in movies or a smart tv for guest to be able to connect to streaming apps. Other than that, very comfortable. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy and charming cabin. The location is perfect for the plethora of local hikes and convenient for small town amenities and other quaint Catskills features. We enjoyed the Phoenician diner and you are a short drive from Woodstock, Kingston and many other great Catskills areas.
