“Had a lovely weekend with our dogs. One block from town. Great communication! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. Hopefully owner will correct this review if that’s not the case. Things to know: Bring bug spray and……

“This place was advertised. It was nice, quiet, and had just about everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks!”

“We arrived to a beautiful house overlooking vast forested mountains with a beautiful little pond with lots of froggy friends to watch. The hot tub was nice and we all got a good night sleep. Lots of good hikes around and lots of little towns to visit and pop into for a book or coffee. Great stay!”

“Great location only 15 minutes from Belleayre. Paul was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Beautiful mountain views. ”

“We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area.”

“This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area.”

Everything went above and beyond our expectations… the kayaking, fishing, gym, ping pong table, screened in dining area large enough for our 2 families…. “This is a lovely small cottage in the middle of a forest. It has two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom downstairs. There was not enough linens and no bathroom appliances. ”

“Booked a stay for a group I work with, they arrived to the home at 11:30pm to find out that the booking had been cancelled due to a declined payment but the bank confirmed that the card was good. I did not receive any notification from the managing company that there was a issue so we could not remedy it. I called them, they told me I would've received an email from Expedia (never did), spoke with Hotels.com who reached out and was told the same thing. At the same time, I received two duplicate……

“Gorgeous Victorian on beautiful land with amazing views. Would stay again! Owners allowed for early check in and all amenities were above and beyond. There is even a pool! Can not recommend enough! ”

“A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again.”
