“The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider……

“I had a very nice stay at the Phoenicia Lodge. I needed a nice quiet place to relax prior to my first "hard" hike. The best part of my stay was the genuine friendliness of the owner. She was like someone you have known forever and was very welcoming!”

“The room was very clean and well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Great tv selections for watching tv at night. There's a beautiful stream in the back of the property and you can enjoy coffee, fruit or cereal out on the patio in front of your room. “We stayed on a weekday. It was quiet and clean. The only concern is tgat the outside door was so rusted and broken that it allowed light under the door meaning bugs and crotters could akso cone in. Also, despite the digital display, the heat was either on continuously or off. It was a cool night and we kept having to wake up to turn it off and on. ”

“The property is beautiful from the artfully crafted rooms to the gorgeous surroundings including the trail to the onsite waterfall. Being able to reserve the hot tub and sauna was another higlight of this trip. It was very relaxing. The staff was wonderfully. Chuck was able to give us a brief tour of a couple of the cottages (my husband and I stayed in the Mill of the Frozen Falls room in the mansion). “The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. Would not stay there again. Couch is old, the batteries in the tv remote control were old making……
