“The property was truly lovely and very completely outfitted. I was traveling with my mother and two nephews and unfortuntely we arrived during the dreadful heatwave that hit the northeast. The property was exactly as pictured and we had almost enough fans to cool the place down. The ceiling fans certainly helped but an ac unit on the first floor would have helped. No one could have known the heat would be this severe but a second ac unit would have helped. The het broke on day 3 of our four……

“Very cozy”

“We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!”

Outside is a large backyard with a trail to a river for the kids to throw sticks/ rocks into. Kelder’s farm is about 30 minutes away and a must stop for those with kids. ”

“House is perfect for a family getaway. Pond was a ton of fun and kitchen was fully equipped for our meals. Hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day. Will definitely return ”

“The cabin is beautiful and in a great location! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the deck! There is no A/C, but it wasn't too hot for our July visit with the fans on and windows cracked. There was plenty of space, and the hosts provided things like little soaps and espresso pods which was a nice touch!”

“Stayed there during nearby music festival, and could not have been more satisfied. Juliann greeted us and is the sweetest host I've ever met. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her guest's happiness. Loved our stay and will be back next Summer!”
