“Some of the unforgettable aspects of our vacation with family was the combination of substandard maintenance and management, starting with dirty floors, no dishwasher, no television in the second bedroom and no pool access in the first half of the eight days, followed by water outage and the broken building elevator during the last two days, much of which Seabreeze was initially unaware and always claimed was some other group's responsibility. Apparently, the major responsibility of Seabreeze is……

“The little one bedroom house was perfect for us. A great location, very comfy bed and lovely property. Wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space. Would have liked to have a traditional coffee maker.”

“This home is in a really beautiful private area. The backyard is really nice with the pool, hot tub and seating areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen appliance you can think of and everything was very clean.”

“This was such a great place to stay with our family. The house, not only provided various games (air hockey, skee ball, etc.) but it also had plates/ bowls / cups for the littles. Extra bonus on the pool, which actually with the sun was perfect temperature without having to ask to have it heated. You do hear some of the car noises at night but for the most part it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a tenant in the adjacent ADU but with the fence being there, we never saw them.Definitely would……

“Lovely, comfortable, spacious house, perfect for 5 couples to reconnect and relax. Kitchen, dining room, living room, patio and pool area all great spaces to gather. Large bedrooms afford privacy. And the natural surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. ”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
