“The bathroom had hair, the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, and the most unbelievable part was finding a discarded T-shirt on the chair in the room!!”

“Hotel staff were all very friendly. However, the 1st night of our stay, there was a situation with someone car horn going off constantly all night. Many of us did not feel like staff did really anything to try to find out who's vehicle it was to stop it. We knew which car it was coming from, but noone was in it. Maybe from here on out, keep peoples vehicles/plate numbers on file. ”

“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”
