“This was a good experience for my friend and I, especially for the price. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful. They were great. The location is wonderful. If you take the underground walkway at the top of the hill you can get past the highways safely and quickly and end up in a beautiful area. In general the area felt very safe and the hotel itself is located next to a police station. The only reason that we’re not giving it a five was due to cleanliness in the room. When we……

We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. “It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
