“Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. “Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! ”

“The stay was awesome for the view, scenic beauty and proximity to the mountains. The views are breathtaking. The hotel was good, you get a chalet feeling . The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great too. The staff not so much especially the person at the front desk. Seemed very rude, but I think that is part of Swiss people‘s personality. I found most of them very rude.”

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We mainly wanted to explore Mount Titlis and this hotel is a 10 minute walk from there. The hotel has really beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant and breakfast they have was also quite good! The hotel also has a lot of restaurants and bars around. The are also plenty of shops around. Caroline helped us out a lot during our stay and if it wasn’t for her, we would have a much more difficult time during our stay! ”
