“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”

“Counter staff is friendly. Hotel is old , room is ok. Cleaning need to be improved. Hair and cold water is outside of the room. Air con is new, very cold. Over all is ok for me.”

“Value for money. The rooms are not soundproof, so if guests from other rooms come back late and are noisy especially at the ground floor, your sleep will be interrupted.”

“我訂的是雙床房，去到了他們說只有大床房，我說不可能，他把一張大床分開成兩張一米闊的兒童床。 如果要標準的雙床房要每天加馬幣70元升級上高級房， 真的是很差的一間酒店。”

“Gate parking is good. Few good restaurants along the street of the hotel is plus point. Surely will come back on next trip.”

“Bedsheet was dirty. No much things inside the room. Hair dryer was not functioning ”

“Good location at adjacent to IOI Kulai. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful during our short stay! One of the best budget hotels if you are visiting Kulai area.”

“我已经入住第二次了，酒店的床和枕头都非常的舒服。第一次没买早餐，这次想试一试早餐，结果很失望。下次不会再买早餐了。”
