“They need closer parking especially when you have older guests. They would not allow parking at front door to unload baggage and check in. Consequently, we had to check in walk to the car to get our luggage, while struggling the downward and upward trek to the car. When asked for a map of the property to locate amenities, there was none. Had to take a photo of the map that the customer service person had at the front desk.”

“Lovely hotel. My only nit to pick was that the pool was full of leaves & hadn't been cleaned recently, so I couldn't go for a swim (for context, this was a Sunday in early June, so summer pool weather. C'mon guys, be better). Otherwise, great place.”

“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……
