Vinyl turntable in room. vinyl house gift too, along with drink tokens and access to whatever show is happening downstairs. “Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called.”

“I got the room here at the W in Hollywood for my 40th Birthday and the customer service and experience was incredible. They gave me complementary food and drink, upgraded my room, accommodated all of my guests for the party and even let us all experience the roof at sunset for a champagne toast. Definitely coming back. One of my favorite hotel experiences ever.”

“We stayed here for our Anniversary getaway, which when I reached out to see if there was additional things we could add they did upgrade us to a bigger room which was very nice. I chose it cause it was was close to the venue we were going to that night. The area is not the greatest in Hollywood if you dont know what you are getting into by it is not horrible.
