“We absolutely loved the condo & its location. The complex is well maintained. However, the living room furniture desperately needs refreshed. It’s not very comfortable to sit & watch tv and it’s pretty dirty. Found lots of sand under the cushions along with a few fruit snack wrappers, lol. Kitchen was well stocked & bedroom bed was comfortable! Beach chairs & umbrella were wonderful to have access to. Pool was a nice surprise! ”

“Although this is an older property, it had every comfort and convenience. For us the old Florida feel made it more homey and enjoyable. Perfect for large groups and multigenerational family gatherings. The game room and outdoor seating brought all ages together! And lots of privacy for elders and teens. Dave and Tim were very responsive and helpful. Location ideal to walk to beach, launch kayaks or drive or ride the bicycles to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. ”
