“FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was……

“Beds and showers were spotless really loved the matress and the shower pressure, Invonvenience were that the street of the hotel is extremely busy and the horns can wake you up a few times per night, found 2-3 cockroaches in the room but pretty small and didn't bother me that much, when i went to check out the girl at the front desk tried to charge me 2 water bottles when i knew for sure i only took one and they ended up checking and i in fact only took one, but the owners were really nice and……

“For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old……
