“ホテル自体は日本語も通じるし、朝夕の食事もあるし大浴場もあり満足ですが、ホテル周辺の環境はあまり良くないように感じた”

“We stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. The good is the size of the rooms and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bad, terrible pillows, noisey room from the busy road noise and even though we had prearranged transfers with “their driver” on our return to the airport they just ordered a taxi. Paid 100,000VND when we could have got a grab for 30k, the hotel clearly pocketed 1/2 and paid the taxi the other half. Pick up from the airport it self was well organised so my advice is……

“The hotel is old and poorly maintained. My first night, around 3 am in the morning, the fridge is broken and woke me up with screaming noise. I asked them to fix it the second day, but it the same. End up I need to unplug the fridge.”

“設備過於老舊，酒店無提供刮鬍刀及吹風機，相當不便利”

“房間普通，早餐還不錯，早上check out離開時，請大廳服務員幫忙叫計程車，結果幫忙叫了一輛一般人的車不能跳錶，收費比一般計程車貴了1/3，真是太糟糕了。”

“Very affordable, amenities and property feels new compared to a lot of other hotels in Hanoi.”
