“Stayed the night before our cruise. Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. Dylan made check in so easy, but didn't know about the $100 deposit that was required. Food next door was delicious. Room and grounds were clean but the smell of cleaning chemicals was very strong. Would definitely stay again.”

“Overall good stay! 1. Beds were old/broken down. Sore backs! 🙁 2. We were contacted and told by the manager the day before we were leaving, that we were late for departing, that our stay was for 7 days. My husband told her I made the reservation for 8 days. They finally figured it but, a little stressful. ”

“What a pleasant surprise! They've preserved the exterior look of a times gone by roadside motel. The room was recently renovated, clean and nicely decorated. Some thought went into making sure that everything was provided. Large room with enough space for the two twin beds and a sofa. Convenient place to stay away from the more expensive beach area of Cocoa Beach. Staff was super friendly and called to make sure we would be welcomed on arrival.”

“After 4 days at the parks in Orlando, the first thing we noticed was how quiet the neighborhood was. The house was clean and the instructions were clear. It was in proximity to beaches and restaurants. I have no complaints at all. It was a perfect end for our vacation. ”
