“Our brief Virginia Beach trip couldn’t have been any easier! I arrived with my sister and her wheelchair, and as promised, they had an accessible room for us with an oceanfront view. I didn’t expect to also get a balcony, a small kitchen, a separate living area. They were very kind to give us the option of parking in the handicap zones right in front or complimentary parking across the street in the garage. My car does better under cover, so this was extremely helpful. There’s a beach shop right……

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. I was impressed that they had complementary washer and dryer all you had to buy was your supplies. ”

“Would have liked to up my room and paid more for a handicap room as we had problems getting out of the high tub. Other than that we had a nice vacation..”

“Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation. 1 ice machine on the second floor, was out of order. Toilet was like a rocking chair. Trash still on the balcony along with a random bed pillow. However, the front desk worker was a pleasure to talk to. Just a reminder, it's not their fault the owners fail to put money towards the……
