“I was a little worried about this property after booking and reading some of the negative reviews. First and foremost this hotel could use a good dusting, deeper level of cleaning in the bathrooms, addition of mattress pads and new sheets to replace the fairly threadbare sheets/no mattress pads on the beds, and clearing of the slow tub and sink drains. But the hotel had some very unique, charming aspects such as the artwork on the walls and the common lobby area with ornate, stained trim,……

“The property is beautiful & the hotel is elegant. The staff is also great. This was our 3rd stay there, but, again, we could not get an internet connection. The staff also tried, but, still no internet service on the laptop. Mobile phone access is no problem, it works great. There also needs to be more information handouts in the rooms; ex...food menus & phone #'s for the 3 restaurants. Also pool & gym info. Where is the gym ? Lastly, safety bars in the bathtub/shower. ”
