“First of all, we were not aware that this was an “all suite” hotel. I was shocked when we opened the door to our room! The suite was lovely. We had a small issue with the lack of cold water in our shower, but it was addressed immediately. There was only one (of 4) elevator operating. The repairs and inspection on the front two are due to be completed by end of May (2025). I believe the 4th elevator was in use for the ballrooms/meeting rooms in the lower level. We booked thru Expedia and……

“The location was quaint and in walkable distance to many attractions and restaurants. The cocktail hour with free food was amazing! Come hungry! It’s more like a full buffet. The pool was a bit cold but the hot tubs were nice and the balcony sitting area outside the pool on 2nd or 3rd floor had spectacular views of the city and Arch. ”
