“Lovely Grade 1 listed building, all good. Receptionist very helpful. Good swimming pool.”

“The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.”

The views across the Exe are stunning and the extensive grounds beautifully kept. We plan to come back next summer so we can use the beautiful pool and croquet lawn. “Lovely homely traditional B&B in beautiful historic thatched cottage. Fantastic location for Sidmouth, Seaton and Lyme Regis. Lovely full english breakfast with perfectly cooked fried eggs, real butter for the toast, and amazing homemade marmalade. Friendly and helpful host. ”
