“Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived, very good service. A girl at the reception didn't know Spanish and tried to help me and spoke to me in Spanish. She has a very good attitude.”

“Our go to when in the Naples area. Beautiful rooms, great pool, wonderful staff, and awesome outdoor bar. Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor.
