“Check in was at 4:00. Was told our room wasn’t ready but they would text us when it was. About 45 minutes go by and no text. Went to the front desk and the older lady checked and it miraculously was just done 5 minutes prior. I asked if we could get some sort of credit and she immediately made a face and threw down our room key and said she would have to check with management (who of course were supposedly not in) We recognize that the room not being ready was not her fault. I didn’t bother……
