“It is what you see on the picture. It’s a self check in type of hotel. We got the room with 2 beds. Nick was very helpful when i was checking in. They need to update the wifi on the website and didn’t realize that the password was above the microwave on the wall. Pretty quiet city and this hotel was one of the affordable ones. “Property outside was very dumpy we were worried inside was going to be bad but we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean! Gals were pleasant checking us in at the gas station down the street and the gentleman offered us coffee no charge at the gas station when we checked out. Overpriced for amenities since there were none. Very remote area so I suppose I shouldn’t complain. ”

“The facility was nice. However, there was highly limited dining as most places were closed and the hotel bar/restaurant wasn’t open. The gondola was also not in operation. There was a very noisy family that got placed above us which made our last night and morning not so pleasant. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay and loved the premises and our surroundings.”

“Went here for our anniversary. The room is nice enough. A small table to eat at would have been pleasant and fit well in the space, especially since they offer room service / delivery from their restaurant. Breakfast and the restaurant were yummy. The pools were GREAT! My only real complaint was we spent $1000 for a weekend and they nickel and dimed for robes and water bottles in the room. “Very beautiful historic building. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Justice was amazing. The housekeeping staff skipped our room; however, Justice made sure we received the clean towels and had it serviced the next day. Highly recommend this incredible property. ”
