“We enjoyed very much our relaxed stay at the former shepards hut. The house is situated in a lemon orchard with great view down the hills to Cascais in a very private area. We used to sit either at lunch in the halfshade on the terrace at the big table with the table cloth swinging in the wind, on the walled sun-terrace surrounded by lizards, at the lunch and dinner at the round table in the light space inside or the living with some good books next to the fire place. “We loved our time in Azoia. The house was very cozy and had lots of space. One warning the stairs are a little steep and the full bathroom is upstairs. Could be difficult for some people. 1/2 bath downstairs so that was good for the nighttime. Love the town- some of the best restaurants we had our whole 10 days in Portugal… The coffee house across the street was very wonderful to have for morning coffee and pastries. Would definitely recommend. Our family had a wonderful time.”
