“Positieve ervaring met twee min punten, nl. de verwarming op de badkamer stond d veel te hoog en kon niet afgezet worden. Er was nergens in de buurt, maar dan ook nergens een plaats waar we konden een ontbijt kopen. ”

A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver. “I stayed 3 nights in Family Apartments in Mountain hotel Kukucka. Apartment was nice with modern furniture, very clean with cool bathtub, there is balcony and equipped kitchen. We also tried breakfast in hotel Kukucka, which was nice. I would definitely come back! :) Enjoy your stay”

“Wonderful! Clean and well designed property with everything you need in the rooms. Close to a bus station to go to Białka, Zakopane and Krakow. Breakfast is delicious with an abundance of choices.”

“Nice place to be, the park is great after a day full of attraction. Air condition did not work well, so it was hot in the room. Dinner is nice, I think it is better to go to a restaurant.”

“Renovation of the room needed. Everything looks a bit old. The heating radiatior made some ticking noise. Cleanliness was okay.”

“It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. ”

“We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses……
