“Catherine is a wonderful hostess, the place is clean and comfortable and beautifully presented. The farm is in the middle of nowhere but within short distances to villages with pubs or the park and ride to take you to York. The room had everything we needed and it was spacious, the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee provided with fresh milk available in the kitchenette. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. One of my favourite B&B’s ever, I can’t……

“I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available. The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning. The bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and clean. “Great hotel with fantastic food and staff. Rooms was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Time between ordering food and it being served was a slight issue at breakfast (30 minutes seemed excessive for beans and poached eggs) but was just about worth the wait. Only one car charging station working wasn’t ideal either but will definitely be back. ”

“The provided facilities, in terms of the fridge shack etc could do with updating and the site is a lot smaller than anticipated so we were greatful of only one other pod being occupied. Had there have been others there, there wouldn’t have been much privacy at all. Coat hooks being on the same wall as the plugs/shelf etc meant coats hanging over the kettle , but the pod itself was lovely and clean, amazingly comfortable bed. The toilets and shower blocks were very well kept and clean. Perfect……

“Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.”
