“The room was charming and clean The bed very comfy. The stairs to access the bathroom are a bit narrow but we got use to it. It was very convenient to be in the old town and we are glad we chose The Sweet house for our stay. Dino was there to welcome us at the gate and help us with the luggage . He also has great knowledge of the city and provided with facts as we walk to the house.”

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had……

“Lovely hotel with everything you could need for a nice relaxing holiday. Private beach and spa was gorgeous, well looked after and not busy. All staff were friendly and happy to help with anything at all times of day and night. Shower in room was slightly temperamental with temperature but thats about it. ”

Le prix permet de s’en sortir correctement considérant le marché autour de Dubrovnik. Un peu loin du centre, mais des autobus peuvent vous faciliter la tâche. “我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。”
