“The property was unique. There was no help from staff with luggage and few luggage trollies. Disappointed no room service for meals.
I did not find staff generally helpful with specific questions regarding use of parking services. Understand they are a different company - but was also unable to get timely response from the parking company when I needed a quick answer for travel plans.”
