“第一天很晚入住，前面一位客人處理超久後輪到我，前檯人員既沒表示久等之意同時也是很制式化的說明規定，相當冰冷；之後幾天反應房間內空調壞了，也無人處理；同時還出現小蟲子在房間；甚至有預付早餐還被告知原房價無付早餐；退房講這些抱怨給櫃檯人員僅得到將早餐扣除的處理，最後連寒暄再見都沒有，服務上真的有待加強”

“The hotel is in a beautiful location, and the room was spacious with a bathroom just as large as the bedroom—everything was spotless. From the balcony, I enjoyed a lovely view of the shops. I truly wished I had booked a longer stay, as the experience was wonderful. The staff were also excellent, and they kindly arranged a cab for me.”

“Sitting above most of the beautiful town of Asolo it affords many beautiful views. The staff are very kind and helpful. I would stay here again for that reason alone. The one drawback is the property is in need of refurbishing.”
