“My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting colleges in the area. The room was cute (modern, beach-vibe) and clean. As others mentioned when the bar let out around midnight it was a little loud (many college students rent in the area). I also didn’t care for the mini-split going on and off throughout the night - I’m just not used to that noise. Overall it was a fine stay but perhaps not if you are a light-sleeper. ”

“This apartment was a great stay. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. “The location of Ms. Jay's place is unbeatable! My group and I were in town for an event in the Total Mortgage Arena. The drive was 5 minutes max! Ms. Jay is great with communication.
