“Such a cute place to stay with an excellent location in Old City. Everything was within walking distance, the building was immaculately clean, and the unit itself was adorable. the only downside would be parking, but we didnt need to park so no complaints there.”

“Converted industrial building, the property is a dual use residential and hotel. The room was exceptionally large and spacious, furnished for luxury apartment use. Very little amenities as a hotel. Located in Fishtown, right on the Delaware River, the surroundings are beautiful but out of the way. Basically need to Uber/Taxi to anywhere notable in Philadelphia. ”

“Property was very clean. Just as pictured. Comfortable bed with large closet. There is a sofa in living area but it is not a sleeper sofa. Kitchen clean with basic supplies. Easy secure entry to apartment on second floor. There is a lot of “city” noise if that is not something that you are used to. Otherwise it is a great spot! ”

“The parking garage had ample space for patrons and non-patrons. The beds were very comfortable, but the shower fixtures were loose and seemed to work properly, but wasn’t pleasing to look at. ”

“Nice place with a lot of amenities. I was able to find street parking right around the corner. Only issue was that the code for the door didn’t work at first, but I was able to call and get a new one within a few minutes”

“Upon entering the apartment my wife asked, “How did you get this place?” The purpose of our trip was to spend time with our son, stationed by the US Navy in Italy. He was attending a meeting of Navy dentists in Philly. This apartment was directly across from Independence Mall, where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were signed! The liberty bell was also on the opposite corner. One bedroom with the bathroom on the same level. Sidewalk restaurant on the next street. We will……

“Loved the place we stayed and the bed super comfortable. Restaurant below us was amazing. Food was delicious. staff very nice and attentive. Would love to stay again ❤️”

“I regret that we were charged twice (and the property is not in a hurry to solve it) and it was a constant problem to get into the rooms due to the malfunctions codes. One of the rooms was basically without a window, the other one was better. It is a pity. Also, if you don't like scanning your own ID and making selfies (and send it to them) - which they require for check in - it is not the right place for you. ”
