“I cannot say enough great things about our stay atn Hutch Haven of Rest! Every thing was exactly as the photos portrayed, down to the coffee bar and comfortable furnishing.There was extra blankets plus the host checked to make sure that the temperture was comfortable for us.If this wasn't enough and we would have been happy with just this, there was a very nice welcome card with homemade brownies that were beyond words in the yummy factor.This haven will be my first choice and has renewed my……

“This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?”

“Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! “This cozy property was located in a historic neighborhood and was easy to access and close to everywhere I needed in Wichita. The attention to detail in the decor was amazing, and felt like a small museum. Every amenity was accounted for, and so convenient.Owner was a great communicator, and ease of entire process was a Heaven sent!Thank you! ”

“This is the second time I have stayed at the Cozy in at Sterling! My only complaint is the hard walking from upstairs! Other than that the stay was great! I love this location because it just down the block from my son and his family and right next door to my granddaughter’s daycare! Michael and Amber, I will be back and hopefully I can get other family members to stay here too when they visit! My grandchildren loved the board games too!! Sincerely, a happy Nana on her Nana tour to visit her……

“We came in town for the Eorld of Outlaws sprintcar race and needed a place to stay over night. Found a great place! Beds were very comfortable and house very clean. Didnt expect much for a one night stay but this was grea great.”
