“We were in Beautiful Winfield to drop our son off at Southwestern College. We chose this because well 1 it was convenient to everyone, and 2 because it was clean. We enjoyed our stay, it was great having such an amazing place to work through the emotions of leaving your kids at college for the first time. We had plenty of space and fresh coffee for the morning. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone we can. Thanks Mike”

“Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive……

“This was the perfect property. Private, quiet, and roomy. All the comforts of home. ”

“I stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was very comfy. Property manager was very responsive (after I couldn't figure out the front door..lol). Bed was comfortable, plenty of tableware, fast internet and a small but mighty kitchen. Great for short or long term. ”

“The home was in a nice safe area, the perfect central location to Wichita and all of the big basketball gyms. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It had a small kitchen to cook for my team. Had a large dining table for everyone to eat together. The kids had a big TV to watch in the living area with plenty of seating. It easily sleeps 6 people, maybe up to 8 if you are creative. The air conditioning was frosty cold. There was a nice washer and dryer to keep our towels fresh all the time. Several nice parks……

“Stayed a Thomas’ place for 5 nights while I was training at Wichita State U South. It was a 4 min drive. Perfect! The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe! Overall it was a great stay and good training!”

“I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!”

“This is a cute little house in an older community. There's neighbors pretty close on both sides but seemed friendly. My 16 yr old daughter and I were there for a girls softball trip and it was exactly what we needed. The AC cooled the house down quickly, there's ceiling fans in every room which was a nice touch. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The best part about this house is it was between the two fields we could play at and within 5 minutes of everything you could need - fast food,……

“The house was perfect for my friends and I to stay in the night before my wedding. Slept 10 of us comfortably with an air mattress brought along. There is only one bathroom so that was a task in itself but it was a nice place.”
