“Perfect view, adquate service, accommodation standard wonderful, free parking, complicated wifi ”

“Average 5 stars hotel price but far from the old town and service was not so good especially the front desk. During my stay, the construction was so noisy for 1-2hours after all, you will find the better one near old town with beautiful beach.”

“The staff were very helpful and considerate. The amenities were nice and well run. The surrounding area; town and restaurants/shops were lovely and very accessible. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept; especially the bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay.”

“酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗”

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus……
