“This hotel was fantastic! We were very impressed by the staff and their helpfulness. They upgraded our room and it had a stunning view out over the water and plenty of space. The checkin was quick and easy. The food offered had many options for everyone and the wait staff was also very friendly. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and also chill by the pool. On the day we checked out, the hotel offered to hold our bags while we went on an excursion and they let us shower/get ready……

“New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.”

“What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours.……

“Wonderful stay. Location: In the old town and everything is walkable. Very short walk from the ferry. Our room was in a separate building from check in but only separated by 10 meters. Room: Very nice renovated room in an older building. Lots of character. Very comfortable and had everything you would need for a multi day stay. Staff: Very nice and helpful. There is a good breakfast available for a charge. The town is wonderful and not crowded while we were there. I would certainly recommend……
