“Spacious and very clean, near the beach. Privacy for the family. My family loved this vacation house. Near grocery stores and fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large family looking for a quiet neighborhood to enjoy a peaceful vacation. You can sit on the pier on look for dolphins in the river. We saw plenty of dolphins within 30 feet of the pier. ”

“Our daughter’s graduation weekend and the family came in to celebrate. The home was a perfect place to house the family and we were able to celebrate and relax for the weekend. Matt and Tracy were immediately available for questions and very gracious. The house was perfect from the comfortable beds to the abondance of towels to the relaxing pool area. ”

“The house is nice and appears to be in a nice neighborhood and centrally located in Daytona. The neighbor on the backside of the house was also friendly. I would definitely stay again if the need and oppurtunity arises.”
