“Thank you for accommodating us for 2 weeks!The apartment looks nice and building has lots of amenities, gym is great with lots of machines, pool not big but enough, unfortunately I was unlucky with weather so couldn’t try it.Natalie is super responsive and was trying to help with any question I had.The apartment is great for short stay, but for long stay it hasn’t had work space and has not much comfortable barstools. Neighbours from upstairs were some nights listening loud music till 1am and……

“This 2 bedroom condo is lovely. It has a large patio overlooking the marina. Beautiful set up and decor. It’s our 2nd time to rent it for our out of town family to visit. ”

“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually……

“Safe location, you use a code to get in the property garage. Lots of good food options nearby. Having the highway entrance and exit near was very convenient.”

“The host was very helpful. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed while we were there. The host responded quickly and resolved all the issues in a timely manner. The location was great for our purpose and the home very clean. The couch left something to be desired as far as comfort goes. The kitchen needed a little love.”

“The property was very well stocked and equipped for cooking, cleaning and laundry. Sandra was quickly responsive on one small physical issue and also allowed us to use her for receiving an important piece of mail. The unseasonably cold weather meant that we did not use the pool. Sandra’s paintings made for pleasant decorations. Access to downtown Houston was straightforward and only took around 30 minutes. ”
