“Nice apartment, beautiful building, wonderful pool/gym area, comfy beds, very clean, and everyone friendly. Michael was exceptional. The check in is not quick or easy and parking is worse. Me and the 2 people behind me all thought this was a hotel. It is not a hotel in the traditional sense so know that before booking.”

“I liked the location to Old Town. The manager was great at helping to fix an issue. The property is nice and clean. My only cons are that the bed is very firm, the water pressure is weak, breakfast was not good. I would still stay here again despite these issues because of the price and cleanliness. ”

“We had several A/C issues and there never seemed to be an urgency even when our room was at 92 degrees and we said there is no way we can sleep in there. We moved rooms once and then there was another a/c issue. We felt we had to keep checking in on the status and were not getting any updates. Fridge also was not keeping food cold. Otherwise all was great but that was a very key issue that was extremely frustrating.”

“Our stay here was perfect! The location is in a nice neighborhood, the tenants that live in the complex were all very nice and welcoming. There are some restaurants within walking distance but other late that are drivable. Vince was amazing and quick to respond with any questions. We arrived from New York early and Vince checked to see if early check in was ok and it was so that was also nice. The room was very homey, well kept and well lit.
