My family of four (2 children under 10 & 2 adults) was in town to meet up with some special friends (and their children) as well as making a pit stop before driving from Phoenix to Disneyland during Spring Break! All of our friends that stopped by indicated that the location was perfect for them to visit us mid-week amongst everything they each had going on in their regular lives (as it was not Spring Break for them). Nice property, reasonably……

“The property is very much as listed. Very centrally located and easy to get around. Property management was very good and easy to deal with the entire time. It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I”

“The property suited the specific needs of our large group well and at a price that mathed well compared to hotel rooms. The interior finishes (furniture, doors, cabinets, fixtures) are budget quality and the finish work is rough in some areas where doors may not close properly, trim work not finished super well, and general cleanliness is average. Written communication with the property owner/manager was confusing if not difficult at times. All in all, things worked well for our very specific……

“Villa was nice and convenient to locations we needed to get to my wife’s aunt 100th Birthday celebration. Communication with hosts/property managers was great. USPS dropped off an order and placed in Villas mailbox. Mgr came then next evening and retrieved package and brought it to the bills. Great Customer Service Thanks for everything. ”
