“I usually don’t post reviews about hotel/airbnb stays. But this stay was excellent. Way above my ecxpectations. The place was clean, cozy and it had a great view of the lake. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the phoenix area and I would recommend to my friends and family!”

“Great condo. The one bedroom tv needs to be turned on, etc at the set. The remote wouldn't do it, as far as we could figure out. We couldn't regulate the temperature for the air conditioner. The owner responded when I would text or call. That was nice! It was very sufficient for our stay.”

“Lovely stay at this bright and clean home away from home. Plenty of space to spread out for a week and enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, or wine at night. The pictures convey exactly how the home is beautifully decorated. Communications with the host were great as well. Just be sure to note the building side is on North Parkway Avenue as the Maya complex is huge. PS. Sprouts and Starbucks are nearby too. ”

“Easy check-in, condo was clean & well stocked. Host was very responsive when I unfortunately got locked out of the condo, code fix wasn’t working & she responded within 20 mins with a key, leaving it behind as an emergency back-up for the remainder of my stay. Ice machine is down the hall at entrance, didn’t use the pool or laundry room but the patio was very comfortable, allowed for sun & cool shade. The enclosed patio always stayed about 20F cooler than the outdoor temp, so we spent mornings and evenings there.
